REFUND POLICY

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.

Customized products may not be returned or canceled once work has begun. Due to the ability of a customer to duplicate materials, all field show materials are nonreturnable if the shipping box has been opened. Any merchandise returned for reasons other than defects will result in the account being assessed a 20% restocking fee and additional charges as appropriate. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Any and all returned items must be returned in the same condition they were sent or appropriate charges will be assessed. Electronic media with the original shrink-wrap seal intact may be returned.

ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE SHIPPED WITH A FEDEX OR UPS TRACKING NUMBER.

Claims of shortage, defects and non-conforming materials must be made by BUYER WITHIN FIFTEEN (15) DAYS of receipt of goods. No claims after the expiration of such period will be entertained or allowed. Buyer agrees to hold goods in question until further notice from Arrangers' Publishing Company.

FOR DAMAGE CLAIMS, PLEASE NOTIFY THE CARRIER IMMEDIATELY as they are responsible. DVDs and/or CDs found to be defective (i.e. no picture, no sound, no data) must be returned immediately. In this case, a replacement will be sent at NO CHARGE. (Expedited shipping costs will be the responsibility of the Director). If the defective media is not returned to Arrangers' Publishing Company within thirty (30) days, an additional charge of $25 will be assessed for the duplicate media. Broken or damaged media upon arrival is the responsibility of the carrier and not Arrangers' Publishing Company and are nonreturnable.
